During the first of our 4 pm Informal Services in the autum of 2008 the children hung up "thank you letters" for all the good things they had been enjoying in the summer holidays. There had been a lot of them, despite the miserable weather this year.

The following two pictures were taken at our Street Fair on 20 May 2006. The weather was slightly less than perfect, but nevertheless the day was much enjoyed.

Patronal Festival - St Michael and All Angels 29 September 2006

We celebrated our Patrional Festival by holding an Open Weekend on the theme of wedings. An Exhibition of Wedding Dresses, Photographs and Memorabilia was augmented by various displays on weddings in the Bible.

A Festival Evensong on the Sunday night also celebrated marriage.

For Christmas 2008 we erected our Crib under the altar. With the Chancel spotlights it made a beautiful focus for all our services.

At our informal service on Sunday afternoon in October 2010 the children - and adults - enjoyed making angels for a picture of Jacob's Ladder.

A month later we talked about St Martin of Tours. Following a continental custom for St Martin's Day on 11 November, we made lanterns and walked through the dark churchyard with our bright little lights.
